I would add 2 ...Hi Laurence - this is a great list. I would add 2 others. The first is process. You could argue process comes with management, but I am thinking of process earlier in the lifecycle. In particular, I am working with 2-3 clients who are using Lean Startup, and this is really effective because it forces the business owner to think about s/he is going to test reaction to their offer, and to iterate based on feedback. The second is numbers.
